On the Menu: Spring Steamed Mussels

Since spring is officially on our doorstep (though spring-like temps may still be eluding the best of us), we woke up craving this go-to recipe by Julia Gartland from our archives. Steamed mussels are easier than you think and sure to impress friends and critics alike!

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 shallots, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup white wine
1 lemon, juice + zest
3 tablespoons dill, roughly chopped
2lbs. mussels
