We're feeling ready to conquer 2017—a clean slate and a few new goals are helping us look forward and feel confident in the future. But now, and as always, a few thoughts from around the web we felt were worth sharing. Happy weekend and happy reading!

“I assumed the diaries would be dark, astringent and antiquated, like sipping vinegar through an iron lung. But my grandmother had as much fun as any molly-gobbler at Coachella.”

Our friend (and former Guest Editor), Gretchen Jones, has started an awesome new project offering Good Support to organizations that need it most right now.

Helping kids set great intentions for 2017.

Seven ways women won in 2016 (even though Hillary didn’t).

“Whether you agree with my politics, like my show or connect to what I do, it doesn't matter—my body isn't fair game. No one's is, no matter their size, color, gender identity, and there's a place for us all in popular culture to be recognized as beautiful.”

We’ll definitely be picking up a few of these in the months to come.

For feeling all the feels.

And, this made us laugh (and then take a glance in the mirror!).
