Founded by Accredited Nutritionist Kristina Temelkovski and Skin Specialist Maddison Osburn, Raw Complexions delivers a daily dose of beauty-enhancing benefits thanks to an inside-out approach, providing essential nutrients through ingestible, rich plant-based blends. The purpose of these blends is to balance our systems, diminish toxins and minimize the impact of those toxins to our skin (think inflammation and an uneven complexion).
Just 1 T a day does the trick. Our favorite way to enjoy is in a smoothie or a breakfast bowl, like the one featured in the recipe below.
Raw Breakfast Bowl
1 cup chopped kale or baby spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1½ cups frozen mixed berries
½ frozen banana
1 tsp Skintox Beauty Food
1 tsp Skin Balance Beauty Food
½ banana, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
2-3 strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shavings, raw or toasted
¼ cup granola of your choice
Starting with a blender, add all of the above ingredients and and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add any (or all) of the above toppings for a delicious breakfast or snack.
