1lb. parsnips, peeled and sliced into sticks
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 (15oz) can black beans, drained
1 small sweet onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
3 tablespoons mayo or vegenaise
1 teaspoon sriracha
4-6 hamburger buns, toasted
Sea salt to taste
freshly ground pepper
