Happy Friday! Need a last minute appetizer for your weekend dinner, or perhaps an after-school snack to delight the littles? Our friend Purely Elizabeth conjured up the most deliciously simple oven pear crisps with goat cheese(!) and was kind enough to share the recipe with her Clementine friends! Enjoy:
Preheat oven to 250°F.
With a mandolin or sharp knife, thinly slice pears.
Place pears on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for one hour.
Flip pears and continue to bake for one more hour.
Remove from oven and serve with goat cheese.
