Hosting a few friends or family for an al fresco dinner this evening? We're huge fans of a summer sangria - it's a suitable replacement for dessert and pairs surprisingly well with virtually any meal. Today, we enlisted the help of our friends at ONEHOPE Wine to share their secret sangria recipe that's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Happy Friday, Clementines!:
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4-6)
1 bottle of ONEHOPE Sauvignon Blanc
1/2 cup guava juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple (cut into 1 inch wedges)
blood orange slices (optional)
passion fruit (seeds and juice from 1 passion fruit)
Combine all ingredients in one of your sangria bar carafes and seal tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
Fill glasses with crushed ice and garnish with fresh blood orange, pineapple and mango if desired.
