On the Menu: Spaghetti Bolognese

Looking for some comfort food to round out the menu this week? This spaghetti bolognese is the perfect fit.

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red or sweet onion, roughly chopped
2 celery stalks, small dice
2 small carrots, peeled and small dice
1lb. aged ground beef
28 oz. can san marzano tomatoes, peeled and whole
5-6 sprigs of thyme
4-5 sprigs of rosemary
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
8 oz. spaghetti
4 oz. parmesan, grated
Freshly ground pepper
Sea salt to taste

Olive Oil
Garlic, 3 cloves

Aged Ground Beef, 1lb.
Canned Tomatoes, 28oz. (peeled & whole)
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Rosemary
Red Chili Flakes
Dried Spaghetti, 8oz.
Parmesan, 4oz.
Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
