5-Minute Lunch: Pear & Blue Cheese Flatbread
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
2 flatbread rounds (we used Trader Joe's Middle Eastern Flatbread)
3 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp milk
1 pear
3-4 tbsp blue cheese crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste (just a pinch will do!)
Handful of micro greens
