On The Menu: Grown Up Spaghetti

Spaghetti doesn't always have to include meatballs and marinara. Try this sophisticated take the classic spaghetti dinner -- your taste buds will thank you.

1 head romanesco, chopped (remove stalk)
6 oz. golden cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
1 oz. fresh thyme
1 teaspoon celery seed
12 oz. spaghetti
5 tablespoons butter
4 oz. pecorino romano, shaved (or grated)
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Romanesco, 1 head (or 3-4 cups)
Cherry tomatoes, 8 oz.
Garlic, 2 cloves
Olive oil, 4-5 tablespoons
Fresh thyme, 1 oz. or 10-12 sprigs
Celery seed, 1 teaspoon
Spaghetti, 12 oz.
Butter, 5 tablespoons
Pecorino romano, 4 oz.
Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
