4 tablespoons olive oil
2lbs. chicken legs or breast
1 cup almond meal
2 eggs, whisked
3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
1 teaspoon sage, dried
2 teaspoons salt, divided
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Brussels Sprouts, 2 lbs.
Chicken (thighs, breast, leg, etc), 2lbs.
Almond Meal, 1 cup dry
Eggs, 2
Thyme, 1 oz.
Sage, dried
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
