6 garlic cloves, 2 minced & 4 whole
2 sweet onions, roughly chopped
1 lb. celeriac, skinned and cubed
1.5 lbs pumpkin, deseeded and cubed
1/2lb. beets, stemmed and cubed
2 lbs. carrots, stemmed and cubed
1/2lb. turnips, stemmed and cubed
4 oz. pine nuts
2 oz. fresh thyme
1 stick butter
2 teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

Garlic, 6 cloves
Sweet Onions, 2 whole
Celeriac, 1lb.
Pumpkin, 1.5 lbs
Beets, 1 bunch (About 1/2lb)
Carrots, 2lbs.
Turnips, 1/2lb.
