On The Menu: Sausage + Cannellinni Bean Soup

If you thought soup can't be a satisfying meal, think again. This hearty and simple winter meal will keep you warm on cold, winter nights!

5-6 tablespoons olive oil
1 sweet onion, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups carrot, chopped in 1in pieces
64 oz. chicken broth
2  tablespoons fresh sage, minced
6-7 thyme sprigs
1 teaspoon sage, dried
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/3 cup millet
1lb. sweet italian sausage, removed from casing
1 can cannellinni beans, drained and rinsed
Sea salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper

Olive oil
Sweet onion, 1

Carrots, 1/2lb.
Chicken broth, 64oz.
Millet, dried
Fresh thyme, 1 oz.
Fresh sage, 1 oz.
Celery seeds, dried
Sweet Italian sausage, 1lb. (turkey, pork, etc. -- You choose!)
Cannellinni beans, 1 (15oz) can
