Mornings packed with snooze alarms, skipped breakfasts and frenzied multitasking often set the tone for a stressful day. After a few years of trial and error, we are grateful to reveal the rituals that have officially made us morning people. From peaceful meditation to incorporating energizing fragrances, we are sharing our tried-and-true solutions for a sweeter start and a more joyful everyday. Wake up earlier. Set your alarm at least 30 minutes earlier everyday to shift the pace of the day.  This little bit of extra time allows us to appreciate quiet and serene moments to ourselves instead of rushing through early routines.

Clear your head. Center your mind with meditation. Taking a few moments to focus our thoughts and regulate our breathing patterns helps us feel more mindful and grounded throughout the day. New to meditation? This foolproof exercise has been our go-to.

Prepare the night before. Lay out your outfit, pack up all the items you take with you to work by the front door and write down a checklist for the next day. These simple acts make our mornings feel more approachable, while saving us a surprising amount of time.

Treat your senses. Choose products that have sweet natural scents to give mundane routines a more luxurious feel.
