INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
3/4 cup french green lentils
1 large bunch of curly green kale, de-stemmed and torn
1 large collard greens bunch, de-stemmed and cut into strips
1 large cucumber, cut into half moons
4-5 radishes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, cut into cubes

DRESSING:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoons poppyseeds
Pinch of sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

GROCERY LIST:
